IT Support is a complex and constantly evolving field that requires ongoing learning and adaptation. The skills required to be successful in IT Support include understanding computer systems, networks, encryption, and risk management. It also requires an understanding of the different types of cyber-attacks and how to defend against them. All of which we teach at Kable Academy.
